SiLNoRF
Privacy
How this website handles contact enquiries, comments and basic engagement information.
This page is a launch-ready outline, not legal advice. SiLNoRF should review and approve the final policy before publishing the website.
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, the information you provide is used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Do not submit sensitive case information through the public website.
Comments and engagement
Comments are moderated before publication. Email addresses submitted with comments are converted into a one-way security hash and are not displayed publicly. The website uses pseudonymous hashes derived from limited connection information to reduce duplicate likes, views and spam. Raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored in the website database.
Retention and access
SiLNoRF should define how long enquiries, rejected comments and engagement records are retained, and identify the contact responsible for privacy requests.
