About SiLNoRF
A national civil-society network advancing the right to food and land justice in Sierra Leone.
The Sierra Leone Network on the Right to Food (SiLNoRF) was established in 2008. Our network brings civil-society organizations together to advocate for people’s rights, promote responsible land use and support sustainable development.
Our mission
To provide effective advocacy through evidence-based lobbying, dialogue and engagement for the realization of the right to food in Sierra Leone.
Our vision
A Sierra Leone where every person enjoys the right to adequate food, communities participate meaningfully in decisions about land and natural resources, and development respects human dignity.
How we work
We combine community engagement, research, public education, coalition building and policy dialogue. This approach helps lived experience reach decision-makers and turns evidence into practical advocacy.
